Return Policy:
Most products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, we must receive your email request within 10 days of delivery or pickup. All refunds are subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee. If your order included free or promotional delivery, standard delivery charges will be deducted from your refund — rates vary by city.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in brand new condition. Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. All returned packages will be inspected prior to refund authorization.

Damaged / Defective Products / Warranties:
We source some of the finest furniture products in the world, and we stand behind every piece we sell. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a warranty concern, please contact us by email and we'll work with you to make it right.
When your delivery arrives, please inspect all packages before signing for the receipt of goods. If any package appears damaged, open and inspect the contents thoroughly before signing the release form.
Mattress sets.
We proudly offer a 30-Day Sleep Guarantee on all mattress sets. To qualify, the mattress set must be returned in its original factory packaging, undamaged and unaltered. Exchanges are limited to one per purchase, and regular delivery charges will apply both ways. Please note that free or promotional delivery offers do not apply to exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
