LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We meet or beat all competitor’s prices. If you find the exact same product, manufacturer, model and finish, with the same conditions of sale, advertised by us or a competitor, at a lower price, within 10 days of delivery, we will gladly refund you the difference. Our price guarantee does not apply to damaged or returned items, close-outs, floor models, “final sales” or “as is” products, limited quantity items, imitation or counterfeit goods, clearance merchandise or one-only items. Boxing Week sale prices are also excluded. An identical term of sale excludes auctioneers, liquidators or liquidation sales, and some online retailers.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES/EXPECTATIONS
Our 100% real wood furniture is built to last for generations. The superior joinery and quality construction of many of our products should give you several years of use and worry free enjoyment. With the exception of beds and dining tables, almost all of our furniture comes fully assembled from the factory. Our 100% real wood products come with a minimum one year warranty on construction, workmanship, materials and drawer hardware.

For any warranty coverage, products must be used for its intended purpose through normal residential use. Damage or defects resulting from abuse, improper handling, negligence, accidents, misuse, abnormal wear and tear, or fading of fabrics and wood products due to sunlight, or aftermarket chemicals/polishes/oils etc., are not covered by warranty. There are no warranties on any clearance, floor model or “as is” products. Mattresses and upholstery must be in sanitary condition or warranties are void. Any damages upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us via email within 24 hours.
