Refund Policy

Returns
Our Return Policy allows our clients to return their purchase, or part thereof, for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be unused and in brand new condition, and in the original packaging. Any items that have been repackaged will not be accepted for return. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon return to ensure they have been received in good order and there is no damage. Any freight damage on any returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser returning the goods.

Upholstered items of any type and mattresses will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Policy:
You may return most products within 10 days of the delivery date. Your refund will be excluding delivery charges and a minimum 20% restocking fee. All items must be in it’s original packaging, unopened and be in brand new condition. If a “Free Delivery” or any other promotional delivery charge was included in your purchase, the "regular" delivery charges to your home will be deducted from the refund. Damaged / Defective Products / Warranties:
We source some of the finest crafted solid wood furniture products available in the market. If you find that there is a product that is damaged, defective, or has a warranty issue please contact us via email and we will work with you to see what can be done to resolve any issue. When signing for your furniture delivery please inspect your packages thoroughly to ensure your satisfaction and that there is no damage to any of the packages. If a package is damaged or dented in any way, we suggest that you open and inspect the item before signing the release form, or sign the release form noting the damage to the package. We would also suggest taking photos upon arrival of any damage to any packages.

Mattress sets:
We offer a “30 Day Sleep Guarantee” on our mattress sets. The mattress set must be in its original factory packaging and not damaged in any way upon return. We will allow up to one mattress set exchange only. Regular delivery charges to and from your home will apply. Any free or promotional delivery charges are not applicable for any exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Non Returnable Items:

-Custom Orders or Special Orders
-Any Fabric Upholstered Items
-Unpacked, assembled and/or modified items

Clearance Items:
Clearance items are all final sale items and cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and/or discounted orders and items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, send us an email at hsfbc01@gmail.com and we will contact you to arrange your exchange.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, minus the regular delivery and return charges. Once the returned item is received and inspected and found to be in brand new condition as noted above, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:
The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping return costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for any damages during shipping any items back to us.
